^1970717AElvira.jpgSince 2 course I became the off-campus student, to combine theoretical knowledge at university and practical skills in the field of advertising. For 3 years I was looking for a company in which it would be possible for me to develop, to increase my competence. And I saw  the vacancy of EFKO company on HeadHunter.ru, responded to it and I was invited to the first interview. Then was one more interview, then another – and this repeated five times. But I really wanted to work at this company as a marketing specialist, and finally the vacancy was offered to me. I had no idea what is going to be soon... One of the most important and best things that happened to me was training in the School of Management "Biriuch", where I discovered the psychology as a science. Since that, I try to analyze my thoughts, my actions and the actions of others from the point of view of the subject knowledge that I gained during the training. This is a great approach to yourself and others, subjective, of course, but is very effective. Sometimes it works, I think.

In the relationship between the company and managers, there is a respect and a mutual appreciation among employees – it gives positive emotions and a desire to work more efficiently. I would like to put my heart into what I'm doing, because all employees of the company treat the work with the soul.

The most important challenge in the work is that all people are different: with different thoughts, goals and approaches of solving problems. It's important to define a common goal first, and then move to it, maybe with some differences and conflicts, but they often help to get the correct decision. The main thing is not to take the wrong road and not to be "stuck" at one point, and if you are "stuck", it is important to realize this and begin to move forward.

The EFKO taught me, or maybe, is still teaching, to find the right balance (in relations with the people, in relation to life, to the chosen path) with the view of all from different perspectives, when you know yours pros and cons – it’s important to distribute them properly, to "use" the ins and find a solution to "smooth" the cons. I learned to think first and then to do, but not to delay the "think" process. I hope it will become a habit in the future.

I can call myself lucky because I live with a sense of gratitude for the fact that to me, to a young specialist, the company has entrusted a division! Division is the people, and to control people is terribly responsible, but also very interesting, and I just can’t let them down.
