Educational center "EFKO ALMATY" is founded on 1 March 2016 on the initiative of the Management of the Company to provide the enterprise with the qualified personnel.

The main objective of the Educational Center is the development of professional competencies of the company employees, the transfer of experience, the training of the work with the new equipment.

Programs of additional education within the enterprise, which carries Training Center: training in areas of technology operations, training program and certification of personnel, and also retraining and advanced training of the company employees.

On the territory of the Educational Center are equipped the instrumentation and automation laboratories, locksmith laboratory and laboratory of chemical analysis.

In the instrumentation and automation laboratory electricians are trained. In the locksmith's lab are trained and certified fitters, adjusters, operators and engineering technicians. Chemical Analysis Laboratory provides training on technology of production and fats chemistry.

Programs and workshops, which trained personnel, depending on the employees’ area of activity. Classes and certification of personnel are carried out by qualified personnel with years of special subjects’ teaching experience.
