LLP "EFKO ALMATY" produces and exports high quality industrial margarines of different kinds for the production of a wide range of pastry and bakery products. All margarines of "EFKO" are produced in accordance with GOST 32188-2013 "Margarines. General technical conditions", do not contain GMOs. The product range includes universal and specialized industrial margarines.
The МТ margarines including table milk Ecouniversal and multi-purpose Ecoplus and are used in production of pastry: sugar, short dough, butter, and oatmeal biscuits, ginger bread, cakes, and butter bakery products. Margarines are made of high quality natural refined deodorized vegetable oils; they do not require upgrading of existing processing patterns and equipment.
The MTS Ecoslice special-purpose margarines for puff pastry dough (fat content 82 %) are essential for puff pastry production – when dough is rolled out and baked, they isolate layers from each other. The Ecoslice margarines provide for a clear layered structure of pastry, add creamy taste and flavor to finished products, ensure their higher rise and prevent hard crust formation. Pastry layers become thin, crispy and very soft.
The MTS Ecoslice group includes low-fat margarines (fat content 60 % and 70 %), too. Their characteristics are as good as those of standard margarines for puff pastry, but they can also be used in production of innovative low-fat products enabling producers to enhance their product range without loss of taste properties.
The MTK margarine Ecocream 1103-32 for creams is used in production of prepared creams, cream decorations for cakes and pastries, as well as for fillings between sponge, shortbread and puff pastry layers, and for decoration of pastry made by beating margarine with dry components (sugar powder), sugar syrup, or condensed milk. It provides for fluffy smooth cream with glazed surface and enhanced organoleptic properties. The margarine is made to meet the standards for prepared decorative creams and soufflé prepared with butter. Ecocream is recommended to fully replace butter in basic creams and in-house recipes. The margarine should be beaten at 12±2ºС.
The MT Ecopie 1204-31 margarine for shortbread dough is used in production of Qurabiya biscuits, various types of shortbread biscuits, prepared shortbread products, pastries, and other confectionery products. As compared to milk margarine, Ecopie provides for improved characteristics of a finished product: higher porosity, crumbliness, and better taste (with creamy taste and flavor unchanged during the product's entire shelf life).
The MT Ecoline high-fat margarine (fat content 99.7 %) is used in production of all types of biscuits (sugar, short dough, butter), ginger bread and bakery products. It improves rheological properties of dough and texture characteristics of finished products.
The MT Domashny (fat content 60 %) and Solnechny (fat content 72 %) low-fat solid margarines are used in production of pastry (sugar, short dough and oatmeal biscuits, ginger bread) and butter bakery (bread, bread rolls, fancy bread, cracknels, etc.) products.
