3 October 2016, Almaty, Kazakhstan – Representatives of LLP "EFKO ALMATY", the largest processor of oilseeds in the Republic of Kazakhstan, under the Trade mission visited the Islamic Republic of Iran, where they held talks with potential buyers and management of the Association of oilseeds about the domestic products supply.

23 September 2016, Almaty, Kazakhstan – LLP "EFKO ALMATY", one of the largest Fat&Oil enterprises in Kazakhstan, announces the start of bottled vegetable oils’ delivery for export. The first batches of brands "Sloboda" and "Sun crown" sunflower oil, produced in Almaty from local raw materials, in the amount of more than 500 tons have been exported to Uzbekistan.

1 July 2016, Almaty, Kazakhstan – Today under the national teleconference with the participation of President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev at the plant LLP EFKO Almaty (part of the EFKO Group), the launch of the line packaging of bottled vegetable oil capacity of 140 tons per day was held. The production launch became an important step in the implementation of the project to create a unique Fat&Oil cluster in the territory of the Republic.
