Research and Production Laboratory specializes in the study of physical and chemical properties of fats and carries out quality control. In the laboratory are conducted studies of the melting point, viscosity, hardness, aging indicators and other properties of fats. The laboratory is equipped with gas and liquid chromatography, spectrophotometer, install of differential thermal analysis instruments based on nuclear magnetic resonance.
