IMG_1799 t.jpgI knew about EFKO from my friends in 2011 – they said that the company is sustainable, there is a real opportunity for career growth and development in the professional field as well as personally, and in material aspect it is good as well. At that time I worked in the police as a social assistant in the investigation department of the Investigative Committee of the Zheleznodorozhny administrative district of Voronezh (I could say that it was the work on a voluntary basis). And in the same year, my friends from EFKO offered me to play football for the company's team, because they knew that I was engaged in professional football, and I agreed. And so I played for a year and then I was offered to be interviewed. And in August 2012, I was admitted to the financial support of investment projects of control and analytical department of the branch of JSC MC "EFKO" department in Voronezh.

No matter what I’ve done in the company for 3 years of my work, I always believed that this was one of the most important things, and if I don’t perform a particular task, then no one will perform. My tasks have always been complicated, but the most complex tasks are the most interesting. Sometimes I had to sit at night and change everything 100 times, but the important thing is that because of this I’ve learned to achieve the desired result, and I had never been annoyed with the work. For myself, I think that the company, first of all, gave me the knowledge and the great experience in professional activities, as well as in dealing with people, and the opportunity to provide for my family.

I remember the construction project of Alekseevsky soybean plant, where I was engaged in the control of obtaining permits for facilities. I think that in this project I acquired a good basic knowledge in the field of obtaining permissive and the executive documentation, order of construction projects legalization. There are enough complexities in the project, but where they aren’t?! Once in the company I realized that if you state a problem (and you get a problem that you can solve), it is necessary to solve it and not to think how difficult it’s to solve.
